If you've ever watched Hell's Kitchen, then you know, panna cotta puts the fear of satan in some people. It can turn out soupy or too chewy and put a ruinous end to a perfectly good meal.
But my LFG green tea and coconut panna cotta turns out just right every time.
To make this delicious dessert for four, you'll mix and chill twice to get the two layers. But stop fretting, this recipe couldn't be easier. Mix and chill, and by chill I mean go sit in the hot tub, read a chapter in a book, write a friend, do yoga, meditate, pray, or whatever chill means to you. The first layer sets up in about an hour. Then you can add the second layer and chill some more.
