Lectin Free Gourmet Lemon Cream Prebiotic Milkshake

My lemon cream milkshake is so tasty you'll forget you're feeding your gut bugs! This creamy milkshake is made with Gundry MD's amazing PrebioThrive. It's a great supplement that you should be taking every day because it has lots of fiber to help support the growth of good bacteria in your gut.

We'll use fresh squeezed lemon juice, plain coconut yogurt, grassfed collagen, and vanilla flavored stevia drops to give this milkshake it's unique lemon cream flavor. It ends up tasting a lot like the lemon pound cake from Starbucks without all the sugar and gluten.

As a Gundry MD Ambassador, I hear some folks attest that the PrebioThrive is not their favorite of the drink mixes. Unlike Vital Reds and Primal Plants, which have deliciously sweet fruity flavors, PrebioThrive is unflavored. But if you ask me, that's the the best part about this supplement. You can make it whatever flavor you want.

I see people adding avocado and chocolate, and chilling it in the fridge to it to make a pudding-like dessert. It's delicious, but I want something NOW. So I came up with this lemon cream milkshake that's incredibly fast and easy to make. And it's so creamy and lemony sweet. My gut bugs get so excited when it's time to have our daily prebiotics -- and, now, so do my taste buds!

If you don't have PrebioThrive, you can get it with my personal discount by using this link. Buy in quantities to save money, or subscribe and save even more. But this link will give you the best price possible on any given day on Gundry MD products.

Okay, let's make this delicious milkshake!

The Recipe

LFG Lemon Creme Prebiotic Milkshake

8 oz. Water

1/4 C Plain Coconut Yogurt

1 Scoop Gundry MD PrebioThrive

1 T Lemon Juice

1 T Grassfed Collagen

5-6 Drops Vanilla Stevia

1/4 C Ice Cubes

Instructions:

In a blender (I like Vitamix), add all ingredients. If you have vanilla flavored grassfed collagen sweetened with stevia, you can skip the stevia drops. Blend the bajeezus out of the mixture on high for 30 seconds until very frothy. I add just enough ice to make the milkshake cold, but not slushy.

Pour into a tall wine glass. ENJOY!

Awesome “twist” on this recipe! Sounds amazing! Can you think of any other ways to change it up?

This is such a great idea! When I attempted to make it, I didn’t have a fresh lemon so I used a lime. It turned out great.
