We all loved chia see pudding until we were sad to learn from Dr. Gundry that chia seeds have lectins. I know I was missing my chia seed pudding. How about you? Then ZEN BASIL came along to save the day! I’m super excited about this product. I featured Zen Basil seeds along with this double chocolate pudding recipe in the Fall 2020 Foodie Box exclusively for my box subscribers! But now that that ship has sailed, I'm sharing the recipe here on the blog for everyone to enjoy.
Zen Basil is a brand I can get behind. Their organic superfood basil seeds have so many benefits:

* Omega-3 fatty acids
* Omega-6 fatty acids
* Just 1g of hydrated basil seeds has enough antioxidants to absorb up to 15% of free radicals (DPPH)
