This sweet Mexican drink has a light creamy, cinnamon-y, vanilla-y taste that you can sip as a dessert drink or pair with your favorite south of the border entree.
The Recipe
1/2 C Unsweetened Coconut Milk
1/2 C Unsweetened Almond Milk
1 t Cinnamon
1/2 t Vanilla Extract
1 packet Stevia Sweetener
1 C Ice
Instructions
Fill a tall glass with ice. Add cinnamon, vanilla and stevia. Pour coconut and almond milks over ice and stir. Add a straw and enjoy.
This drink goes great with Lectin Free Gourmet Street Tacos or Huevos Rancheros.
